Owing to a buoyant workload, my client is looking to appoint two Planning Officer on an interim basis.

The main focus of the role will be the tackle householder and minor applications. This will naturally be worked all from home, with the exception of site visits on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Previous experience in an LPA is important as they need candidates who are self sufficient and able to turn their hand to a range of smaller applications in a home working setting.

Applicants will need their own car for site visits, although mileage will be paid.

The IR35 status has not yet been determined.

Rates for this role will be between £24 and £32.50/h, depending on experience and interest in the role.
