Trainee Business Development Executive

What does it take?
We're looking for someone who's outgoing, confident and organised. A strong learner who will listen and take on board advice/ideas/criticism/processes is what will really set you apart.
Naturally sales isn't easy and it won't happen overnight so resilience, tenacity and a winning attitude is key.
You'll need to be able to think on your feet and deal with all walks of life, some people will be friendly and open some will be difficult- you need the same result from both!

How will we help?
Although the phone doesn't pick up itself it won't all be down to you. We'll be giving you all the training, development, mentoring and coaching you'll need. We have an outstanding Sales Manager who has a proven track record in developing people like you. You just need to take it on board, dedicate and apply yourself.

The role?
Identifying and prospecting decision makers within a wide range of businesses from small SME's to huge bluechip businesses with 100+ sites.
Booking appointments. You'll receive a combination of warm and cold leads.
