First year OTE £30,000-£35,000

Second year OTE £40,000+

Your responsibilities:

• Business development
• Building your own desk
• 360 recruitment
• Develop new and existing client relationships through client meetings and networking
• Sourcing and attracting candidates
• Achieve set targets to ensure that clients and candidates are receiving the best quality service
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
• Build and grow your candidate network
• Take ownership of your desk and grow your market
