Internal progression is actively encouraged for those with the right attitude and approach, so this role will be ideal for those who are hungry to move up the ranks and take on more responsibility wherever possible with a view to progressing toward Senior Lettings Negotiator or even Lettings Management roles when ready.

Covering all aspects of Lettings Negotiation you’ll be confident and presentable with a natural drive to grow both yourself and the company’s letting portfolio. Viewings and negotiation will be second nature for you, and valuation experience would be a big advantage.

You must have a good understanding of Portsmouth and the surrounding area, ideally as a Lettings Negotiator.

While Lettings Negotiator experience is essential, some experience of property sales or property management would also be advantageous and my client is willing to consider lettings negotiators at all levels, depending on experience.
