Based in Hackney paying £15.32ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract.

Our client is looking for Common Support Framework Coordinator. To co-ordinate the administration of the Common Support Framework in Children’s Centres.

The successful candidate will complete triage checks for the children’s centre Multi-Agency Team ( MAT) meetings, Clerking of MAT meetings and request family information from Hackney’s FAST ( First Access and Screening Team, multi –agency safeguarding hub)
