My client is looking for an experienced Team Leader to take on a contract for a minimum of three months in Surrey.

Whilst the team is small (four people), the team handles a large number of major and complex minor applications.

What they are looking for:

- Someone who has experience at Team Leader level in an LPA, they aren't able to consider people looking to make the step up on this occasion

- Someone who either has experience in performance management or feels confident in their ability to do so

- Someone with strong hands on experience with majors and complex minors

Naturally this role will be remote for the foreseeable, although there is limited access to the office if needed on occasion. The IR35 status is likely to fall inside, but each person will be assessed individually.

The client is cost conscious due to the current situation, but does want the right person in post, so they may consider someone at the higher end of the range if they are considered exceptionally well suited.
