You'll need a demonstrable track record in success, in and out of work. 

We have a handful of people in our Senior Management team who have had several promotions, it is clear there is progression for those who do a great job, work hard and meet our company values.

The role itself is about generating enquiries, building relationships and following through to win the first project and all the projects thereafter.

Tenacity is required, as is patience and a high level of organisation. You'll be working with a supportive team and a strong leader who'll give you all the support, advice and guidance you need. It's up to you to take it, develop the area and grow your career. Self-learners do well in this role, if you're a book worm who'll go the extra mile in your own time you'll exceed expectations.

The role comes with a good salary, company car, phone, laptop and all the tools to do the job. Naturally in a sales role the more you sell the more you'll earn- there's a healthy OTE.
