SEN Teaching Assistant, Middlesbrough

Hello Education is looking to appoint a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and work in a local Secondary school in Middlesbrough. This is a fixed term Teaching Assistant role, which will commence January 2021 until July 2021.

The desired Teaching Assistant will focus on delivering interventions to small groups of children with Special Educational Needs including Autism, whilst also providing general classroom support. Working as part of a dynamic and creative team, the Teaching Assistant may also be required to work 1-2-1 with pupils who require.

This Secondary school is looking for a committed and successful Teaching Assistant to join their motivated team. The school has fantastic facilities and is in the centre of the local community.

To be considered for the role, the TA will:

• Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare
• Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN environment
• Genuine desire to become part of a committed team of the school staff
• Be experiences in working with small groups and a 1-2-1 basis
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (willing to obtain)
