The company are going from strength to strength with key clients expanding orders as well as an increase of work coming via the internal sales team. The addition of another Area Sales Manager to the team adds to the organic growth from the last couple of years, with future expansion in the pipeline planned over the next three years.

The Role

The successful Area Sales Manager will be:

  • Covering business needs across the Midlands and the North including Scotland
  • Dealing with the needs of OEM’s, end users and service providers
  • Markets include, but no limited to, Medical, industrial, military, and power industries
  • Ensuring solutions to clients
  • This role has several key accounts, but there is a huge opportunity for the successful candidate to carve a pathway in the market so the role will be heavily Business Development focused.
  • Expanding on existing accounts and developing those relationships
  • On average 75% of your week will be field based, with several visits a day to clients

The Candidate

Due to the nature of the role, the successful Area Sales Manager will have:

  • Electromechanical Engineering qualification – Ideally at HNC level
  • A proven track record with an engineering sales role
  • New Business Development experience and proven track record
  • The desire to go above and beyond, whilst maintaining the company’s high standards
