Job Description:
My client is a leader in the property management sector and are looking for a electrician to join their property management team; providing electrical services to private rentals across the Manchester area.
The ideal electrician will have 3+ years experience within residential and will be a knowledgeable electrician capable of working on their own. As the ideal electrician for the role you will;
- Hold 18th Edition
- Have strong residential experience
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Experienced in performing electrical installation condition reports (EICR)
In return my client offers a good base salary, a work van, fuel card and company pension; as well as amazing prospects due to the growth of the company to the successful Electrician.
