I am currently working on an in-house Digital Marketing stand-alone role in a fast growing B2B organisation this is a pivotal role in driving the business’s growth and engagement via online strategies as they move into the ecommerce market.

 

Currently, all marketing activities are outsourced but due to investment into new technology their aim now is to begin to drive all digital marketing activities inhouse beginning with email marketing campaigns, social media, SEO optimisation, analysing data etc

 

Your experience may be in-house or agency but you will have 2+ years of B2B digital marketing experience where you have been responsible for the planning, execution and management of digital marketing campaigns via email, social media, blogs, E-letters etc.

 

Looking at the full digital omnichannel planning and strategy, you must always think about the customer experience and journey across all the digital touch points, whilst promoting the relevant product, brand or service, growing communities and keeping up with the trends.

 

Suitable requirements and experience;

  • Experience of working in a similar role either in-house (product based) or agency
  • Data driven
  • Proven SEO optimisation experience
  • Experience in using major analytics programs – specifically Google Analytics.
  • Experience of creating and managing various email marketing and social media campaigns
  • Writing and editing content across various digital platforms and blog posts
  • Strong communication skills to manage relationships and expectations with key stakeholders and external agencies
  • Strong organisation skills to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation software (Zoho/HubSpot/salesforce/mail chimp or equivalent)
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office
  • Digital knowledge of key channels and trends
  • Experience in working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines
