Ideally looking for a temporary to permanent contract for the right candidate.

Fast paced role with a lot of telephone and email use. Candidate must be able to use Microsoft functions.

Core accountabilities:

1. Respond to and resolve in a timely and courteous way enquiries by telephone, e-mail and in person from all sources and liaising with colleagues and other Directorates to resolve issues.

2. Take responsibility for owning repair requests and the processing of orders, invoices including coding and checking accuracy of accounts.

3. Provide advice and assistance to tenants, contractors and outside agencies, and respond to enquiries relating to issues such as programmed works, permissions and improvements, and adaptations.
