Profectus Recruitment is recruiting for an IT Service Desk Support Technician to join a Global Software company based in Nottingham. This role is a 6month FTC and you will be working remotely 90% of the time, office presence may only be required for major issues.

This position is suited towards someone with strong 1st/2nd line support experience. The role will sit within a UK based team and you will be responsible for supporting and providing a good IT service to the business.

Role Responsibilities;

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support and handle tickets mainly from internal users
  • Fix any hardware related issues
  • Upgrades
  • Provide O365 Support

Skills required;

  • Proven 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Good knowledge of helpdesk software
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 7
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Good understanding of computer hardware problems
  • Windows server management
