Job Description:

Based in Lincoln paying £120.00 per day PAYE

 

This is a full time temporary contract.

 

Our client is looking for a HR Administrator. To be the first point of contact for service and support the wider team to process HR transactions and answer customer queries on a daily basis to in accordance with statutory requirements and agreed service levels. 

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Act as a first point of contact by answering telephone queries, emails and other correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare written communications to the customer and other agencies to obtain information and in response to enquiries
  • Assist the team to process HR transactions in accordance with legislation and policy including issuing employment contracts
  • Assist HR process activities, ensuring accuracy and delivery to agreed timescales
  • Prepare and maintain personnel records in accordance with best practice and legislation
  • To act as an effective team member by providing support and assistance to other team members
  • To comply with all Health & Safety at work requirements
