HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver Wanted – Temp to Perm

Driver Hire Slough are part of a network of over 100 offices nationwide and are the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics Recruitment Company. We offer temporary and permanent driving jobs, non-driving work and Driver CPC training.

We work very closely with a nationwide Builders Merchants and are currently looking for a HGV Class 2 driver with a HIAB Licence to work on a temporary to permanent basis at their depot based in Slough.

Salary £33,930 per year after qualifying period

Company Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 (Category C) Entitlement held for minimum of 24 months
• At least 12 months driving experience in an HGV Class 2 vehicle
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver Qualification (CPC) Card
• Maximum 6 points on licence – DR, DD or IN conviction codes will not be accepted
• Multi-drop experience is essential
• HIAB Licence with Brick Grab attachment – (At least 6 months experience using the HIAB essential)

Working week is Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday, starting at 06:00 and finishing around 16:00.

We are offering the following rates of pay whilst temporary:

£16.00 per hour* - Monday to Friday

£18.50 per hour* - Saturday.

*rates shown are via umbrella payroll company or limited company. we also have PAYE options, please ask if you are interested.
