Female PE Teacher needed in Northumberland

Required for January 2021!

This fantastic school based in Northumberland are looking for an inspiring female PE teacher who will contribute to the wider success of the school. You should be comfortable taking on a timetable which will include all year groups within the secondary range up to GCSE level.

You will be expected to have a good knowledge of the national curriculum and be a dedicated and committed PE teacher.

This role is a full time position working Monday – Friday and is to cover a maternity leave.   

The successful PE teacher will have:

• QTS with a PE/sports specialism
• Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector
• Have the ability to deliver high quality sport and physical activity sessions across the National Curriculum
• Have a knowledge and understanding of effective pupil behaviour management and be able to implement strategies with a class of 30 children
