Do you love to experiment with raw materials, both current and new, to incorporate into products?

SCS qualified or equivalent with a year experience within a laboratory or production environment, you will be assisting the Technical manager in the research and development of new offerings for presentation to current and potential customers, preparing new product formulations ensuring compliance with both regulatory and customer requirements at all times.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to the production area during both trials and regular production runs, and in the preparation, and issue, of customer samples.

You will also support the sales team in customer meetings and provide a technical resource to advise on proposed briefs and to suggest new ideas and concepts, and other laboratory staff in maintaining the stock of raw materials required to provide prompt and effective samples.

In addition, your admin skills are spot on ensuring records of all work are accurately maintained and up to date.

We formulate cosmetic products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, body scrubs, and fragrances for a wide variety of customers, from small scale to large scale production batches.
