Home Ownership Officer needed in West London   £15.45 per hr PAYE Ref: 5158515

 This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

To manage the Right to Buy (RTB) Scheme and respond and act upon enquiries from residential leaseholders, referred to as Leaseholder Enquiries, such as statutory and voluntary lease extensions, enfranchisements, sale of air, loft, under pavement, vault space etc, and any other requests/changes requiring landlord’s permission and payment of a premium.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for advising tenants on the RTB scheme and ensuring applications are processed within the statutory timescales by:
2. Implementing and development all procedures relating to the processing of RTB applications as required by the Housing Act 1985 (as amended)
3. Preparing all aspects of the RTB process for the sale of properties.
4. Checking for completeness, accuracy and compliance with legislation for preparation of all new applications.
