Based in Portsmouth paying £10.71ph PAYE

 

This is a full time temporary contract.

 

Our client is looking for a Specialist Covid19 Business Liaison Officer.

The purpose of the role is to provide a range of support to the Covid Secure team by assisting with the delivery of all functions set out by Regulatory Services. This includes but not limited to providing advice, support and enforcement around issues relating to Covid-19.

The role will be the first point of contact delivering front line services across the entire service - processing and responding to service enquiries and delivering routine administrative duties.

The day-to-day duties of the role will include:

  • Communicating with staff and customers, offering advice primarily around the Covid-19 regulations and the associated requirements
  • Completing and keeping records
  • Receiving and processing service requests
  • Sending letters and emails in respect to enquiries / complaints
  • Supporting team administration, for example, basic service invoicing needs
  • Visiting various businesses to ensure they are complying with the up to date rules and regulations set out for Public health.
  • The liaison officer will be required to go to a variety of businesses to observe and advise a business of working safely during the pandemic.
