Production Team Leader

12 Hour days and nights on a rota (Monday to friday, no weekends!)

Are you an experienced Production Team Leader / Assembly Team Leader looking for a new challenge within a busy global manufacturer?
Can you Evidence a strong track record in Leading a supervising teams of 10-20 staff?
Do you have ILM or equivalent leadership qualifications?

If so, we have the opportunity for you. You'll be a hands on leader responsible for delegating work and motivating staff. We have a mixture of experienced staff (10 years+) and Ad-hoc temporary agency staff. 

You'll need to lead by example, be an excellent communicator at all levels. You'll be driving and achieving daily team KPIs, a keen focus on Health and Safety (a NEBOSH or similar would be favourable but not essential) and a strive for more attitude.
