My client is looking for a Viewing Negotiator to join this busy, successful team. As Viewing Negotiator your role will consist of generating appointments for viewings, conducting viewing appointments and providing vendor feedback. The successful applicant will become a key member of the team able to forge a real talent and natural ability in conducting results orientated appointments. 

The ideal applicant for the role of Viewing Negotiator will ideally have some property related or sales experience, you will be at the early stages of a long career within the Estate Agency sector. You will be very well presented, have impeccable communication skills and be willing to dive into the city centre property market with nothing less than 100% effort. 

Viewing Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent experience is ideal or someone with sales experience looking to start a genuine career in estate agency
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and drive is of upmost importance
• Full, valid UK driving license
