What you will be doing…

• Develop Mechanical and Electromechanical products from concept into production
• Deliver well-engineered products fit for manufacture
• Ensure all products meet the relevant standards
• Development of Solid Works 3D and 2D data
• Ensure designs meet the relevant requirements
• Understand sizing, of components and layouts
• Generate concept sketches and CAD layouts for communication to design team
• Definition and mitigation of product and process risks
• Production of diagrammatic or pictorial information for manuals and marketing documentation
• GD&T and best practice drawing office deliveries

What we are looking for…

• Degree/HND in Materials, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering

• Design, development, test of Mechanical and electro mechanical equipment

• Ability to understand impact of design changes onto a product

• Strong problem solving abilities and able to develop ideas and concepts.

• Test & validation experience of Engineering, Mechatronic, Software and Electronic systems.

• Interpretation of Specification and Requirements management of Engineering, Mechatronic systems

• Strong Design for Manufacture and Production capabilities

• Sheet metalwork experience.
