Working full time hours on a temporary basis.
Following an internal review and restructure , our client has developed an exciting new approach to commissioning across Adult and Children social Care and Health. The newly forming service is going through a period of significant change and a exercised interim is needed to lead on all aspects of managing children placements in the transition period
Will report into the deputy director of commissioning, with a virtual/dotted line to deputy director Corporate Parenting.
To take overall responsibility of strategic commissioning for their tier of need across a portfolio of relevant services for Health, Education and Social Care, as well as working with other Lead Commissioners to co-ordinate seamless and effective pathways of support. To build and promote relationships across the Council, Health and other partners which drive holistic commissioning, innovation and improved outcomes for people and communities in Oxfordshire. To work closely with leaders across Health, Education and Social Care to define strategic priorities and commissioning intentions then oversee their delivery which ensures quality and value for the council and its partners
