Role: Warehouse Operative – Labels / Packaging

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5.30, Friday -8am-6pm (paid 30 minute lunch break)

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £20K-£25K depending on skillset (for the upper end will need to have Packaging/Labels warehouse experience)

Are you looking for a new opportunity working in a Warehouse? My client are a leading provider of  packaging and self-adhesive labels.

Role Responsibilities

• Goods in and out management
• Fork lift operator
• Supplying materials to press just in time
• Warehouse management of pallets, stocks (finishing goods and materials) and general consumables
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Additional cleaning duties throughout the building
• Additional hours (to contractual hours) may be required to meet tight deadlines

Requirements of Warehouse Operative

• Well motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Working in a team and maintaining a reasonable work pace
• Ideal experience would be within a similar Warehouse role within a Label or Packaging manufacturer.
