Flexo Press Operator

Location; Essex

Salary; £28-£32k (Negotiable depending on experience)

Hours: 48 hours/week – 4 x 10 hour shifts and 1 x 8

Benefits; Overtime (over 48 hours) paid at time and a half.

28 days holiday per year (bank holidays inclusive & 4 days for Christmas shutdown).

Overview: Operation of new Digicon Series 3 Press - 4 Colour UV Semi Rotary print and die cutting press with finishing capabilities of waste stripping, cold foil, varnishing, lamination, sheeting, fan fold work, mixing inks, colour matching.

Requirements:

• Preferably experience with a Digicon Series 3 press.
• Also Flexo print experience on the 8 colour UV flexo Edale FL3
• Some of the following: Die cutting, waste stripping, cold foil, varnishing, laminating, sheeting, fan fold work, general press maintenance, mixing inks, colour matching.
