Purpose of the Job:

The Facilities Electrician's role will require the applicant to work with all staff members across the Horsham site, travel to other sites when requested. They will be required to support the all business function that will enable staff to develop and manufacture the Fuel Cell Module.

Key Accountabilities:

Carry out Business as Usual tasks.
Carry out test and certification of electrical installations.
Complete Daily plant checks.
Complete Planned maintenance tasks.
Support/complete Project installation works.
Supervise contractors working on site.
Complete, update work as specified within the Company Helpdesk system.
Occasional assist with other department function activities.
Building maintenance (ad-hoc repairs).
Electrical equipment maintenance.
Day to day breakdown issues.
Delivery of gas cylinders and administer stock levels. (training to be provided)
Support all members of staff.
Carry out installations to electrical systems
Maintain housekeeping of all Facilities owned areas.
Be flexible to provide out of hours support.
Pro-active, self-starting, open to new ideas and new directions

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

Electrical competence.
Computer literate.
Clean driving licence.
Able to work skilfully with electrical systems.
Excellent time management, reliable and dependable.
Able to work with a wide range of personnel.
Previous experience of working in a building/facility environment desirable.

Minimal Helpdesk request duration.
Ensure planned maintenance is completed to schedule.
Ensure all electrical certifications are up to date.
Ensure all regulatory and compliance requiremenrts are met.

Facilities Manager - support functions.
Facilities Supervisor - support functions.
Test team - supporting functions.
Operations/Quality - supporting manufacturing organisation.
External contractors - guiding and advising as company representative.
