Housing Officer needed in Huddersfield paying £12.37 per hr PAYE Ref: 408759

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

The main requirement of a Housing Officer is to deliver a customer focused holistic housing management service, which ensures estate management, efficient turnaround of properties, appropriate letting and tenancy management. You will provide early help to customers, by being accessible and working with customers to reach positive outcomes to sustain their tenancy.  The post holder will support their Team Leader to ensure customer enquiries are resolved and dealt with promptly. They will be required to respond to the critical business tasks and develop a support network for existing Housing Officers.
