Job Description:
Profectus Recruitment is recruiting for a Software Product Manager who is keen on joining an exciting and rapidly growing Software company. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who is looking for real progression in their next role with this company being a real investor in their people.
At present the client are implementing a new platform in order to monitor their hardware and this person will be directly responsible for owning the software and becoming a real subject matter expert for the business. You will be required to work with the Software daily and be quick to learn its purposes and functionality.
Role Responsibilities;
- Manage existing contracts and own the relationship with the Software Provider.
- Project manage key requests from customers, software provider and the business
- Train all staff on the Software and its functionality
- Work with the business to develop appropriate training material
- Manage all customer upgrades and releases
- Lead on integration projects
The role initially may involve an element of home working due to Covid however the organisation falls within the essential worker criteria so attendance to the office will be required.
