This is an exciting opportunity to manage the NPD and Supply Chain process of a rapidly expanding, dynamic and innovative beauty company that makes award-winning skincare products. Beauty or Cosmetic background is essential.

With plenty of creativity in this small entrepreneurial team, you will be relied upon to help bring concepts to life, with your understanding of manufacturing, experience of working closely with the raw material suppliers, factory and whole supply chain process.

You have a proven track record within Beauty Supply Chain and Manufacture and know how to get the very best from your suppliers.

Your attention to detail and experience with critical path management means you are always be on top of progress and ready to pre-empt potential delays or hitches with your product launches and existing stock management.

Outstanding organisational and communication skills are essential as you maintain and build on the company’s strong relationships. You will coordinate top-level negotiation with suppliers, meeting customer demands and ensuring the company continually exceeds their product margins.
