MedMatch are looking for an Experienced Compliance Officer having worked previously on NHS Healthcare Framework to join our growing team & recently awarded framework group company. With a start date in the coming weeks,

You will be joining a friendly and rapidly growing company located in the heart of the ‘office’ sector on Watford’s Clarendon Road only a stone’s throw away from Watford Junction. We are on the lookout for an organised person who will maintain all documents needed for our NHS Framework Group keeping Candidates files updated and compliant to meet strict healthcare framework requirements and working on audits. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants to obtain the correct paperwork for approval with our individual clients and work closely with various team member on navigating the newly appointed NHS framework

Duties will include:

• Contacting GPs for renewed documents
• Setting up GPs for On-line Training
• Updating and Cataloguing documents on system
• Processing DBS Application
• Apply for/Chase References

We are looking for someone who has the following –

• A strong background in Healthcare Framework compliance
• Someone with good attention to detail
• Highly Organised with strong use of CRM and ATS for documentation
• Good telephone speaking manner/Confident and knowledgeable
• computer literate – familiar with outlook/excel etc.

Hours: 09:00am-6.00pm with one hour lunch break.

Salary: 18,000-25,000 (dependent on experience)
