Housing Officer

Housing Officer needed in Ilford paying £16.51 per hr PAYE Ref: 409374

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

• Identifying vulnerable residents and working with partner agencies to ensure all residents can live safely and sustain their tenancies

• all areas of Tenancy Management including: successions, assignments mutual exchanges and legal issues, including preparing statements and presenting these at court, boundary disputes and damage to property

• the successful management of anti-social behaviour - proactive case management, negotiation, finding solutions, updating victims and keeping detailed records.

The successful candidate will need to be a resilient self-starter who thinks well on their feet in a variety of different, often challenging, situations. We are looking for people who relish a challenge , are creative and able to develop solutions to assist residents on our estates.

The role may involve some out of hours meetings and will also involve lone working. Use of a car and a full driving license is essential.
