Key Responsibilities - Technical Project Manager *Appropriately plans and co-ordinates the delivery of Global R&D projects *Workload management of workload Technical Analysts *Effectively challenge the Segments requirements to ensure we are building the 'need' rather than the 'want' *Leverages the Digital Technologies (DT) project management framework (PMX) to ensure application of best practice, executing with an Agile mindset *Financial management of project budgets, with high degree of forecast accuracy and tracking spend *Ensure appropriate project documentation and stage gate approvals followed *Fully utilize CAPPM (Clarity) for Project Management and stage gate governance *Act as the intermediary between the various Product development/DevOps teams in Digital Technologies and the Segments on project related questions *Responsible for establishing status reporting and ongoing cadence for communications to key stakeholders at different levels *Actively manages risk, issue, and impediments for the project team, acting as a servant leader but also managing escalation when required *Understands the importance of business change management and incorporates in to delivery plans *Executes the project by adopting and applying Agile principles & behaviours - running the typical Agile ceremonies, role modelling for key team members To do this role you'll need: *To be highly structured, organised, motivated, and self-starter *To be a strong and very clear communicator *Strong problem solving and priority setting skills *Ability to learn on the fly *To be comfortable to work in a Global environment *To be comfortable with working with ambiguity and in an evolving organisation *The ability to engage with stakeholders to present summaries, bring insights, and drive follow through on actions *Knowledge of digital technologies - such as MuleSoft, Azure Data Lake, Machine Learning, AI, Tableau, PowerBI is a bonus *Experience in implementing R&D /Quality systems or sound knowledge of R&D/Quality processes and systems preferred
