Job Description:

Asberry Recruitment are looking for a UK Sales Support and Accounts Administrator to work for their well respected client based in Burnley, Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities will include:

• Create internal purchase orders to our suppliers from client order
• Monitor purchase order processing and liaise with suppliers and customers 
• Organise the delivery and logistics of our client’s orders to customer sites
• Sales and Purchase Order Processing via Sage 50 and creation of invoices within SAGE 50 to customers and track/follow up to payments
• Maintain on-going quarterly accounts summary files for use at quarterly management account meetings with Cassons (company business advisors and accountants)
• Manage our web site, updating content, working on SEO (we appreciate some additional training maybe required for this)
• Manage our emailing campaigns to our client database (training can be provided for this)
• Booking of accommodation & travel for personnel
• Develop and maintain the existing customer database including correct grouping of customer types
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• Liaise with all internal staff and assist in the efficient running of the business
• Other tasks that may be required from time to time to support the business
• Potential for occasional assistance at UK and overseas exhibitions
