Responsibilities:

• Assist clients and sales team in checking out of company test equipment
• Able to operate all company equipment related to cable, relay, and substation applications
• Fulfill product requests made by clients and sales team
• Develop checklists, functional procedures, and workflow processes for equipment
• Develop product guides and notes to assist sales team and clients in use of company products
• Complete software and firmware updates for products
• Track equipment being used by the sales team across multiple sales territories
• Complete all work in an efficient and timely manner
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Comply with all safety guidelines
• Adhere to company code of ethics and other compliance policies
• May perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of related electrical testing experience
• Must be familiar with testing of relays, circuit breakers, batteries, and transformers
• Knowledge of circuit analysis and power system operation
• Must have strong technical product knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within multiple databases
• Must be able to multi-task
• Strong computer skills
• Visa sponsorship not available
