An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to join an independent Property Management company with a varied portfolio consisting of both commercial and residential properties. This reputable firm is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team of Property Managers based near Bournemouth.

The successful Commercial Property Manager will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Property Management ideally working with commercial teams.

You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of appropriate legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations and a busy and varied case load.

The Property Manager will ideally have block management experience, but this is not essential. 

This role will include all aspects of Commercial Property Management and some Residential Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance projects, undertaking inspections, managing contractors, overseeing and forecasting budgets, reviewing lease responsibilities, assessing health and safety requirement, issuing section notices, refurbishment management, block management and dealing with general administration.

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• AIRMP Qualifications are an advantage, although support can be given towards gaining this
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
