Hello Education are looking for an SEND Teaching Assistant to work in South Tyneside. We are looking for someone who is highly experienced and caring/patient in their approach in supporting the students they work with.

The post will involve small group work, supporting pupils on a one to one basis, assisting with curriculum support and will be helping with personal care when needed.

The position is full time and will begin in March.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant you will ideally need to be:

• A team player
• NVQ Level 3(or equivalent) Qualified
• Minimum of 6 months school experience
• Able to adapt to all environments
• Experience working in a SEND environment and experience with mental health
