This is an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and engaging maintenance manager, who will mentor you to take that next step in your career.

This is a hands on role where you will be supporting your team of engineers, liaising with production management, ensuring PPM schedules are met and working towards an environment of CI. Although you will be predominantly hands on you will also be heavily involved with ensuring your team hit targets and using your electrical and mechanical skills to support your team.

As the Maintenance Team Leader you will drive and deliver:

• A strong leader who leads from the front
• Confident in delivering change management
• Be driven, motivated and have a can do attitude
• Motivating a team of engineers
• Mentoring, improving and appraising engineers
• Be the go to person on shift

The Company

Our client is the leading manufacturer in their field of products who have been established for over 50 years. This business is a real success story and has multiple sites across UK

Their site in Leicestershire produces a number of different high quality products and supplies in to all of the major supermarkets., their group turnover peaks at £500m. The business has major growth plans and has recently seen a significant investment of £1m, and are also looking to enhance their capacity on site with the introduction of new production lines in the coming years.
