We are looking for an ambitious Engineering Manager to join our growing team of engineers. A culture of forward-thinking preventative maintenance has been established on site- so a keen interest in planned maintenance would be valuable. An interest in budgetary control and departmental development and growth is essential.

Operating out of a world class food manufacturing facility, we will give you all the training and support you need to take the reins with this maintenance team of 10 experienced engineers- all we ask for is dedication and commitment. We can provide stability and security in uncertain times.

Job Duties:

• Support, mentor and guidance with maintenance team
• Planned and reactive maintenance scheduling for plant machinery
• Great communication amongst team members and collaboration with other engineers
• Budgetary control of the department

We need:

• Management experience
• Electrical Engineering experience
• Engineering qualifications (essential)
• Food experience is desirable, a similar industry at a minimum is essential
