Customer Service Advisor

I am delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our well reputed clients who are currently on the search for several Customer Service Agents to work on a rota basis. This is a full-time position with working hours to be on a rota basis over Mon-Sun from 7am-11pm so you must be flexible and able to work varying shift patterns.

 The Role:

• Booking appointments for patients
• Building relationships with customers, relatives and carers on the phone
• Accurately recording information and providing comprehensive administration
• Understanding the customers’ needs

Experience and skills required:

• Good communication skills on the phone
• Friendly
• Confident
• PC Literate
