Print Operator - Heidelberg

Role: Print Operator – Heidelberg XL75 & Heidelberg CX75 (UV Press)

Hours: Weekend day shift work, with some holiday cover during the week

(no night shifts, they only operate from 7am-10pm so shifts are within this period)

Salary - £12-£15 per hour depending on experience.

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

Great opportunity to join a growing print business based in Worcestershire.

The successful applicant will be required to have experience in Heidelberg Litho Press Operating.

Responsibilities will include:

• Operation and maintenance of the Heidelberg B2 Machinery.
• Working to tight production schedules in a safe and tidy manner.
• Ensuring quality work is produced.
• Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of the press.
• Flexibility to help with finishing as and when required including: Laminating, Creasing, Folding, Hand Finishing.

The candidate must have a ‘can do’ attitude, with the following personal attributes:

• Ability to learn new skills.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team, as well as being self-motivated.
• Good organisational skills.
  Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and be willing to work overtime (paid at time and a half) when required)
• Physically fit.
