Job Description:

The client: a growing airline retail provider

The role: To assist the Crew Training / Account Manager with the design/ engagement and coordination of crew communications /sales training

Duties include coordinating/ supporting  

  • Road shows/ Crew training and focus groups
  • Dealing with queries from airline staff
  • Providing written communications/ content for social media, training, newsletters, intranet etc
  • Create and manage annual, monthly, weekly calendar of crew communications
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assisting the Crew Trainer with various tasks
  • Based from the head office with some travel

Requirements for the role:

  • Excellent writing skills – previous experience working with: Apple Mac, Adobe “in design”, Photo Shop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer service focused with previous experience gained in a communications, training or account support role
  • Ideally someone who has worked in a relevant sectors such as airlines or retail
  • Relationship building experience
  • Driving license is advantageous
