THE ROLE OF A PARTS ADVISOR:
As a parts advisor, you will be working within a small, close knit getting involved with a large number of responsibilities that will vary day to day from processing orders to giving out customer advice and everything in between.
You will be dealing with a customer base from all various backgrounds, including fleets, workshops and end users, responding to calls and orders over the phone, face to face and via email, giving out useful advice and help to any one that calls up to find out more about the products and parts.
Helping to manage this existing customer base, you will develop long term relationships to ensure that you are the go to person whenever they need it!
This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual that wants the chance to carve their own success and set themselves on their own career path in a business that is big enough to progress but small enough to care.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A PARTS ADVISOR:
Although a background in or knowledge of commercial vehicle parts is advantageous, it isn’t required and this organisation are welcome to hear from those who’ve had experience in similar industries (such as a car parts motor factor) and are eager to learn.
