Job Description:

Our Client are a marketing leading Professional Services Firm established since the 70’s within Construction & Engineering servicing large scale infrastructure projects within rail and commercial regeneration across England & Wales. They are currently recruiting an Invoicing Administrator to join an upbeat positive working environment based out of their Feltham offices.

Reporting to the Office Manager, principle duties include;

  • Purchase and Sales ledger Invoice processing
  • Authorising credit notes, resolving supplier invoice queries and invoice problem solving
  • Communicating across departments on all invoice related matters
  • Day to day administration including data entry and some reception cover
  • Ad-hoc duties as delegated to support the team

Person specification

  • Proven experiences within administration and resolving invoicing queries
  • Team spirited, excellent communication skills and looking to join a close knit working culture
  • Provide administrative support to the team with limited reception cover
  • Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Confident and able to apply initiative and work autonomously as and when required
  • Ideally drives and has access to own vehicle
