Purpose:

These roles for Clinical Systems and Supply Planning (CSSP) Decentralized Trials (DCT), will serve as business associates enabling DCT operations, including Mobile Research Units (MRU) and DCT implementation, with an initial focus on the Neutralizing Antibodies Clinical Program.  These roles will be responsible for executing business projects and maintaining capabilities to support DCT operations and implementation. These roles are responsible for collaborating with other functional areas within clinical development and directly with vendors to execute implementation and ongoing support of these capabilities. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Decentralized Trials Operations Support

  • Provide operational support for MRU deployments
  • Monitor temperatures on MRU and manage the temp excursion process
  • Perform inventory management on MRU and MSU
  • Ensure binders are updated with new training materials as needed
  • Continually seek and implement means of improving processes to reduce cycle time and decrease work effort

Decentralized Trials Implementation Support

  • Provide operational support for DCT services and service providers
  • Create, update and monitor daily reporting for site, patient and visit progression
  • Analyze and oversee system reporting
  • Manage daily issues, track trends, collaborate on solutions and oversee resolutions for implementation
  • Ensure information management including training, communication, and documentation are kept up to date at all times
  • Continually seek and implement means of improving processes to reduce cycle time and decrease work effort

Project Management

  • Compile data for metrics/dashboards related to operation and implementation
  • Resolve operational issues that arise and apply shared learnings across functions and to external partners
  • Create best practices to be shared cross functionally
  • Create training materials and job aides for area of focus

Partnership

  • Partner and/or strengthen relationships between key providers and customers supporting the Neutralizing Antibodies Clinical Program
  • Partner with vendors to facilitate a good customer experience
  • Actively participate in shared learnings across the team

Minimum Qualification Requirements:  

  • Degree in Medical, Pharma, Clinical, Nursing or similar desired
  • 2+ years of Clinical Research experience or 2+ years of material movement experience​​
