Infrastructure Construction programme lead needed in Oxford £602per day paye or £750 per day umbrella ref 5160973

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis.

Ideally have significant infrastructure / construction experience - this is not suitable to those wishing to transfer from other disciplines or job types

The post holder will play a key role in leading and driving Projects and Programmes discipline, including development and improvement, business efficiency and cultural change.  This role will play the pivotal role in planning for, and especially delivering the Major Infrastructure and Growth delivery including all capital infrastructure work to deliver an ambitious capital programme with improved quality of service within the required timescale and allocated budgets.
