My client based in southern England is looking to recruit a total of five contractors to their Development Management team.

All contracts will run for six months and will be close to full time home working, with the exception of essential, COVID-safe site visits. All roles fall inside IR35.

Planning Officer: Handling a full range of non-major applications. Rates will range between £20 and £30/h depending on experience.

Senior Planner: Processing a range of non-major and smaller major planning applications. Rates will range between £32-£37/h

Senior/Principal Planner: Working on one large major application. Rates between £35 and £42/h.

Principal/Team Leader x 2: Handling a range of larger major applications, signing off team member applications, mentoring junior members of staff. Rates ranging between £40-£55/h.
