IT Service Desk Analyst required for this enterprise sized not for profit organisation based in their Dartford Head Office. Working as part of a core Service Desk / Helpdesk team the role will involve taking 1st and 2nd Line IT support calls from their internal user base, resolving were possible and escalating to other support teams if necessary.
They are looking for a Service Desk analyst with around 18 months experience in a commercial helpdesk role providing IT support and a real commitment to delivering first class customer service
Technically, good experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Windows, PC hardware and software is a must and any virtualisation or cloud exposure would be an advantage as would ITIL experience
