Based in Northampton paying £250.00 per day PAYE
This is a full time temporary contract role.
Our client is looking for a Children’s Business Development Manager. To work with the Children’s Trust Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Strategic and Service Managers to ensure delivery of efficiency, improvements and transformation across the directorate, with a focus on improving experiences and outcomes for children and staff. This will include the directorate savings requirements and strategic improvement projects as identified by SLT.
Co-ordinate the review of the Improvement Plan, savings targets and business improvement projects, monitoring and reporting progress and outcomes. Designing and setting up improved means of monitoring and reporting. Undertake reviews of current business processes within the Trust and working with managers and staff, identify and oversee the delivery of improvements in line with best practice to deliver efficiencies and improved outcomes for children and CFN staff. Produce and present reports and communications on improvement progress to senior strategic boards, SLT, managers and Trust staff, highlighting and managing risks and issues effectively
