Position: Divisional Manager of Property Manager

Location: Kettering or Corby

Package: Excellent Basic Salary – Circa £35,000 (flexible dependant on experience)

The Role: A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of Northamptonshire’s most highly regarded independent agents within their award-winning Kettering or Corby office. As the Divisional Property Manager you will report to the Area Director and oversee the day to day running of the property management business, including managing the team of property managers and ensuring an excellent level of service is provided.

You will still be involved in providing property management services to landlords and tenants so we are looking for someone with a “hands-on” approach who is still passionate about all aspects of property management. Professionalism, excellent communication and organisation will be important to you, and vital to being successful in this position.

Requirements:

• Experienced in a management level position, overseeing and managing a team successfully whilst still being driven to handle all property management duties.
• Previous experience working as a property manager.
• Overseeing and assisting with property let targets.
• Handing contracts, monitoring inventories, organising property inspects and referrals/ references.
• Knowledge of systems such as Goodlord, CFP and Fixflo would be a huge advantage.
• Understanding of Property Management Legislation
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and service standards at all times.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Full UK driving license and use of own car.
