Job Description:

Acquisition / Sales Manager – Commercial Property

Our client is a well-established property group based in central London.

They have an opportunity for a commercial property agent to focus on both acquisitions and leasing.

You will be involved in the whole life cycle of each project, from client introductions to acquisition and leasing instructions.

You must be able to qualify client requirements in order to identify suitable property in the context of their business plan, offering guidance throughout the process of rent or purchase until transaction close.

You will need to exercise due diligence whilst ensuring that the client and counter party have all relevant and will be entrusted to negotiate terms on behalf the client.

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a commercial property sales role, ideally with experience in office or retail agency/investment.
  • The ability and desire to work cross-sector and in a range of regional markets to meet varying client requirements.
  • Be an efficient and organised worker, with the ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
